In case the Chadar is not formed your local operator shall offer you the alternate trek for same duration. If a trip must be delayed or the itinerary changed due to the following events, then the cost of delays and/or other changes are normally the responsibility of the participant.

Inclusion
- All transportation from Leh airport pickup to airport drop, and sightseeing and transfers.
- Accommodation in premium hotel in double sharing in Leh. Double sharing in 3 people tents in camps.
- Breakfast and dinner on all days (No breakfast on day 1 and no dinner on day 9)
- Vegetarian meals on the trek (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) starting on Day 4 Packed Lunch to Day 8 Lunch.
- Common Kitchen/Dining/Toilet tents will be used during the trek.
- Cooks/Helper and other requisite staff.
- Basic First aid Kit with a portable oxygen cylinder.
- The Facility of keeping extra luggage at Leh when leaving for the trek.
- Guides throughout the Trek
- Tents, mattresses, and sleeping bags
Exclusion
- Airfares
- Chadar Trek Medical Fees & Other Charges (approximate):
- Environment Fee + ILP: ₹2000 (payable in Leh)
- Medical check-up, Rescue Fee, Wildlife/Environmental charges, ALTOA NOC & Entry Fees: ₹5,500 – ₹7,000, payable directly to authorities
- Meals not mentioned in Inclusions.
- Any personal expenses.
- Travel insurance.
- Camera fees.
- Costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, landslides, road conditions, and any other circumstances beyond our control.
- Personal trekking equipment – like Gum Boots, trekking poles, sleeping bag liners, and so on.
- Personal insurance or the cost of emergency evacuation
- Purchases of personal natures (like mineral water bottles/bottled or canned beverages/chocolates/dry fruits etc)
- Cost of transport, meals and stay if in case you leave the trek in between and return to Leh before the scheduled arrival on Day 8
- Anything not included in “Inclusions”.

- This itinerary involves high altitude and low oxygen conditions, so please consult your doctor and keep us informed of any health conditions you suffer from.
Flights
- Arrival: Any morning arrival flight to Leh
- Departure: Any morning/afternoon departure flight from Leh
Cancellation policy:
- The booking shall be deemed cancelled if subsequent payments are not done in the prescribed schedule and standard cancellation rules apply in such situations.
- 25% of the trip amount cancellation penalty for cancellation between 30-45 days of trip commencement date.
- 50% of the trip amount cancellation penalty for cancellation between 15-30 days of trip commencement date.
- No refund for cancellation within 7 days of commencement of trip.
